Tim Watkin is also the founding member of ITM Design Pty Limited (“ITM”). ITM is a hydraulic design company formed to enable us to offer our clients a full design and construct package. ITM has been working on these types of projects for the last 10 years and appreciates the importance of ensuring the hydraulic design meets required budgets.
Civil
We have recently established ComCivil Pty Ltd (“ComCivil”) to provide our clients with immediate access to heavy machine hire and all other aspects of civil works required for construction projects. ComCivil specializes in concreting, paving, detailed excavation, bulk excavation, removal of fill, importing of fill, rock sawing and hammering, car parks and roadways.
Rainwater Reuse
Commodore Plumbing can assist with the design and installation of systems to comply with DA conditions and BASIX requirements in relation to rainwater reuse and treatment. We also supply rainwater tanks and underground treatment plants for commercial and residential developments.
